Each box includes:

2 - Sirloin Steaks

2 - Short Ribs

4 - Bone-in Ribeye

1 - Round Heel of Round Roast

2 -Bone-in Rounds

2 - Chuck Roast

All split boxes range from 27 to 28 lbs.
